Fall Reflections

School has begun and our life has increased in busyness!  Isaac is now a 4th grader, Morgan is a 3rd grader, and Silas is a 1st grader—that is hard to believe.

Robin loves her new classroom, her 3rd grade team, and new principle.   She is working hard and doing a great job—I am both thankful and blessed because of her.  I am busy with Redemption City details,  engaging people in our city, raising support, attending Church Planting school with the Georgia Baptist Convention, trying to go to real estate school (not doing a good job with that!), trying to buy our house we are   renting,—-MADNESS! (I think my expression in the picture sums it up).

In all this, God has been so very good to us.  We are very thankful for the prayer support, financial support, church support, and individual support that we have received—It has been a tremendous  blessing and has enabled us to do what God has called us to do here in Cumming, GA.  Now that my apprenticeship with the North American Mission Board (NAMB) is completed my financial support from them has come to an end making our dependency upon God’s grace give through His people even more apparent.  Thank you for praying for us, encouraging us, and supporting us.  We are truly blessed!

I am truly grateful for the families God has brought together to form the foundation of RCC.  We have 7 families who are committed and working hard and many others who have begun participating with what we are doing.  It amazes me when people seek us out, want to know more about what we are doing, and begin participating with us in making disciples who make disciples.  We want to be a gospel community on mission to make disciples who make disciples throughout Forsyth County  and the Lord has already open doors and is providing opportunity—It is very exciting to be apart.  Make no mistake, it is the Lord and Him alone who is doing the work, we are just getting to be apart of what He is doing.

Grace be with you,

Andy
